A popular and well known Sydney restaurateur relocated to this historic multi-level sandstone building in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. Extensive renovations to upgrade the facilities to this building resulted in a sophisticated dining experience with new kitchen and bathroom facilities. The project also involved the simultaneous renovation to the adjacent residential site. The resultant alterations and additions to this aged property, in a historic locality, were a sensitive response to the existing fabric of the building – but with provision for modern day living requirements.
