The site for this new dual occupancy house was a triangular block that shares an easement with the RMS. The unique geometry of the site predominantly produced the design to each of the two detached dwellings with their integrated, yet distinctive individual character. Utilising modern design and exterior finishes, the Haviland team worked collaboratively with the client to reflect their functional needs and personal aesthetics into the design.
