With the addition of twins to the family there was an urgent requirement for an additional bedroom and a larger living space.
The footprint of the existing ground floor allowed for an extension of the first floor over the garage to create a new master suite of bedroom, balcony en-suite and walk-in robe.
The ground floor living room was extended into the existing laundry and a new entrance, laundry and water closet created, whilst keeping the contemporary nature of the existing dwelling.
