Haviland Architects was first established in Sydney in 1980 as Owen Haviland Pty Ltd. Since then we have grown to become a highly professional and progressive practice, based in North Willoughby for the last 30 years.
Our focus has been mainly on residential design and construction, including new dwellings, medium density housing, and alterations & additions. We have specialised in producing innovative designs when faced with difficult regulatory and environmental constraints. We have excellent working relations with local councils and other consent authorities. Most of our numerous projects have been in the Sydney metropolitan region.
