schematic design & development
Once we have established the basic decisions regarding your design requirements and budget the schematic design process begins. Council controls are assessed, a site inspection and detailed site measure (if required) are then undertaken. Manually drawn sketch plans are prepared (usually at 1:100 scale) and presented to you for discussion and feedback. Sketch plans are then further evolved and developed against your brief and budget.
