Most work will require Council approval, usually in the form of a development application. The final sketch design is converted into CAD format and developed in more detail. Plans, sections and elevations of the proposal are prepared along with a range of ancillary supporting documentation such as Statement of Environmental Effects, shadow diagrams, BASIX energy efficiency reports, SEPP 1 objections, etc. as may be required by Council. Your Project Co-ordinator will determine the specific information necessary for your particular project. Other specialist consultants may be required depending on the specific location of your particular site, such as surveyors, geotechnical engineers, landscape plans, civil and hydraulic engineers, bushfire consultants, heritage consultants, etc.
